Shipping & returns
We offer reliable shipping in the European Union, Switzerland, as well as the United Kingdom and the United States.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been successfully dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number of your package allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery time?
All shipments are handled by trusted shipping carriers. Delivery times typically range between 2–7 business days, depending on your location and local delivery conditions. Warehouse is located in Germany.
Please note that in some cases, delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, high shipping volumes, or local carrier delays.

Can I return my order?
Yes, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items meet our return requirements.
We accept returns from anywhere we ship to.
To start a return, simply send a mail with your order number and full name you ordered with, then follow the instructions provided. Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive further guidance on how to proceed within maximum 24 hours.
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition, unused, and sent back in their original packaging. Also please note that certain items are excluded from returns and refunds. These include made on order items (printed specifically for you after purchase) as well as pre-order items (produced specifically for you after you place your order) These items are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
When will I receive a refund?
After you have sent your items back to us, your return will be processed once it arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. Refunds are typically issued within 4 business days after the returned items have been received. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
